Baggage Transfers on the Coast to Coast Cycle Route

All luggage must be under a maximum weight of  20kilo,s 

our charge is £10 per bag - per movement (minimum 2 bags)

Bags are picked up from your hotel or B&B usually on the morning & we aim to have them delivered to your next hotel by 16:00 hrs. although we cannot guarantee them to be there at that time most are delivered normally by 15:00 hrs. 

As all our vehicles are bought by us from new for reliability & with anything that is mechanical you can guarantee it will brake down no matter how new it is at some point & as you will be aware there is very little mobile phone coverage when you get on them there hills and pay phones are few and far between to call for help so recovery & luggage forwarding can be very slow in this type of situation. This year so far bags have been delivered 97% on time. 

This was due to a few new B&B,s which were very difficult to find as satellite navigation systems don’t pick up farm tracks leading to bunkhouses guest houses ect in the middle of the pennines & some of the signs are so small or don’t existent, and also local villagers are sometimes hard to find to ask for directions.
